We only share your data where necessary — with our insurance provider if a claim arises, or with emergency vets if needed for your dog's welfare. Our website uses a contact form processor and a hosting provider; these handle data securely on our behalf.

5. Photos & Videos

We may photograph or film dogs during sessions for our own records. We'll ask your permission before using any images publicly (e.g. on social media). You can withdraw permission at any time.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep client records for up to three years after the end of the service, then securely delete them.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to see, correct, or request deletion of the data we hold about you. Just email us at tailblazersnorwich@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.
