Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

• 90-minute playcare sessions in a secure, enclosed field.
• Transport via collection and drop-off from the owner's address, unless otherwise agreed.
• Group-based sessions: minimum 3, maximum 8 dogs.
• Dogs run, play, explore, and socialise under supervision.
• Water, toys, and treats provided.

2. Eligibility & Assessment

• All dogs must be socially suitable for group play.
• An initial assessment is required before acceptance onto the programme.
• Dogs that compromise the safety or welfare of the group may be removed temporarily or permanently.
• Owners must disclose any behavioural issues including aggression, anxiety, resource guarding, or escape behaviours.

3. Health & Welfare

• Dogs must be fit, healthy, and vaccinated (or titre tested).
• Regular flea and worm control must be maintained.
• Owners must report any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or treatments.
• Bitches in season cannot attend sessions.
• Veterinary costs remain the owner's responsibility at all times.

4. Adverse Weather & Environmental Conditions

Sessions run year-round, with modifications made based on the welfare and safety of the dogs. This may include session modifications, shortening, activity changes, or cancellations. All decisions are made at sole discretion. If a session begins but is cancelled due to weather, 50% of the session cost will still be payable. Dogs may return muddy or damp and will be towel-dried before transport.

5. Transport

• Dogs are transported safely with appropriate restraints.
• Owners must have their dog ready at the agreed collection time.
• Repeated delays may affect service provision.

6. Equipment, Toys & Treats

• Water, toys, and treats are provided during sessions.
• Treats are suitable for group use; owners must disclose any dietary requirements or allergies.
• There is no guarantee that toys will not be shared, chewed, or damaged during play.

7. Owner Responsibilities

By using Tailblazers' services, owners confirm that their dog:

• Has not shown unmanageable aggression towards people or other animals.
• Is legally permitted to take part in off-lead exercise.
• Is not subject to any court or local authority restrictions.

Owners accept that group play carries inherent risk, including the possibility of minor injuries.

8. Liability

Tailblazers Norwich holds appropriate public liability insurance. Tailblazers is not liable for illness, injury, or loss resulting from normal play or environmental factors, nor for damage caused by a dog to property, people, or other dogs. Owners are financially responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog.

9. Cancellations & Changes

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a session.
• Late cancellations will be charged at the full session rate.
• Persistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional charges or loss of a regular booking space.
• Tailblazers reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Photographs & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for training records or promotional use. Owners may opt out of promotional use at any time by letting us know.

11. Termination of Service

Tailblazers reserves the right to terminate the service if continuation is not considered to be in the best interests of the group. Owners may also terminate with 24 hours' notice.

By using Tailblazers Norwich services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
